Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of just99.club (the “Service”), a subscription marketplace for specialist AI assistants operated by Expitech Education Private Limited(“we”, “our”, or “us”). By accessing or subscribing on the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or have permission from a parent or guardian, to use the Service. By creating an account, you confirm you meet these requirements.

2. Account

You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized use of your account at support@just99.club.

3. Subscription Access

Each AI assistant on just99.club is provided to you on a monthly subscription basis, licensed for personal or internal business use while your subscription is active. You may not resell, redistribute, republish, or share the assistant access link or underlying content with third parties. Access links rotate periodically to prevent unauthorised sharing.

4. Payments

Payments are processed by Cashfree Payments. By subscribing, you authorise the recurring monthly charge to your selected payment method until you cancel. All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

5. Cancellation and Refunds

You may cancel any subscription at any time from your account. Cancellation stops future renewals; access continues until the end of the current billing period. We do not generally refund completed billing periods. See our Cancellation & Refund Policy for details.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to violate any law, infringe intellectual property rights, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems.

7. Intellectual Property

All assistant content, brand assets, and Service content are owned by Expitech Education Private Limited or its licensors. Your active subscription grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the assistant for the purposes described above.

8. Disclaimers

The Service and the assistants are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that any assistant will produce a specific outcome with any third-party AI tool.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising out of or relating to your use of the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

10. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified via email or a prominent notice on the Service.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located at the seat of our registered business address.
